    After taking the state exam, I felt the prep course did not have enough content on estimations. The exam had questions related to how something should be written that I did not feel adequately prepared for. Fortunately, work experience helped bridge that gap.

    For a beginner, the course outline is very helpful. And I’ve been working in Collision shops for 20years. And that’s working as a technician, estimator in New York, and a Parts manager. But when I came to the actual questions on the test, There were some that had multiple correct answers and others that didn’t have the correct answers. And I’m using my experience and what I’ve learned over the years. But overall, it is a great program.

    Studied for over 2.5 weeks, failed the state exam. The information in this course barely pertains to the state exam. I have worked in the car industry for 10 years, but this course did not prep much for the actual state exam. Sure I learned a lot and passed the tests on here, but the state test is nothing like this.

    some of the info is outdated. Like fuel systems. And the PA section is all reading. Which makes retaking info harder
