The Independent Adjuster Guide to Auto Collision Claims course will walk you through the basics of handling an auto collision insurance claim, including everything from identifying the people involved in the claim, inspecting the vehicle, writing the estimate, and closing the claim. It also covers topics such as receiving, organizing, and scheduling claims, identifying parts and repair operations, scoping the damage, total loss process, and supplements.
