Description
Creators John and Peter from Adjuster Career Systems have years of claims experience, working for a multitude of independent adjusting firms and carriers and handling all types of perils and catastrophes. They developed this online class to give newly licensed adjusters an inside look at the claims industry and help them develop a systematic approach to launching their careers as claims adjusters.
Success in the claims field requires applying a simple system of action with consistency and determination. It isn’t overcomplicated or mysterious, but you do need to know where and how to start. And that’s where The Adjuster Success Method comes in.
The course will tackle some of the most frequently asked questions from adjusters and review some of the most pressing issues you need to know as you get started in the insurance claims field.
- Learn how the independent adjusting employment landscape really works, and how to get noticed and get hired.
- Important rules for your adjuster tool kit, as well as the must-have tools for new adjusters.
- Advice on working with claimants and best practices for managing the workload.
- What to expect when you receive your first claims, and how to avoid some of the industry’s biggest challenges.
- Attendees will receive a certificate of completion as well as a host of valuable resources including an extensive list of Independent Adjusting Firms, claims checklists, and roof scoping forms.

More detail on how the fee schedule works and is captured in relation to the claim would be helpful for those of us new to the industry. I appreciate the breakdown examples of overall fees, but maybe a slide or two on how this actually gets calculated. Also, current rates would be beneficial. The cited ones are over 5 years old. If they are valid, maybe a cliffnote for the image stating the recency of verification.
