Description
Don’t Just Pass the State Exam; Launch your Career!
Students need only complete our Certified Adjuster Designation course and pass the included exam to become an Association of Certified Adjusters member. The Certified Adjuster (CA) Designation and association membership qualifies you for an exemption to the state exam in Arizona. Once you complete our course, you are qualified to apply for your Arizona adjuster license.
Obtaining your license is just the first step to becoming a successful insurance adjuster in Alaska. To truly hit the ground running, you need to master the software, understand construction, and know how to navigate complex policyholder interactions. Our Arizona Total Adjuster Package was developed to bridge the gap between passing the exam and closing claims. Save almost $250 off individual pricing when you bundle your Exam Prep Course, Xactimate Training, Residential Construction Basics, Soft Skills: The Art of Insurance Adjusting, and our Adjuster Success Method.
Note: After purchase, all of these courses will be available in your personal online classroom. We highly recommend you take them in the order they are listed below. While our Xactimate course is approved for CE in certain states, you must hold a valid license before taking any course you intend to submit for continuing education credit.
Included in your discounted bundle:
1. Arizona Certified Adjuster Course + Exam Exemption (42 Hours)
Our Certified Adjuster Course with State Exam is the fastest and simplest way to become an insurance adjuster in Arizona, and you can complete it all online with AdjusterPro. Once you complete the course and pass the included exam, you’ll be granted membership into the Association of Certified Adjusters which offers exemption from having to go take the state exam in person. You can read more about the association here.
This online course includes full access to our Smart Pass Toolkit, which features smart quizzes, unlimited practice exams, and exam-readiness reporting, all tailored to help you pass with confidence. We recommend achieving 90% or higher on your practice exams before taking the state exam.
2. Continuing Education Package (24 Hours)
Association members have to complete 24 hours of CE to maintain their membership so we’ve included what you need in this package.
3. Residential Construction Basics (4 Hours)
You can’t estimate what you don’t understand. This course covers foundations, different structures and materials, exterior and interior components, and mechanical and electrical systems. We recommend taking this course before you attend your Xactimate class, as it will help you make the most of the software training.
4. Tactical Xactimate Training (3-Night Live Webinar, 12 Hours)
Learn the industry’s most popular software from Xactimate Certified Trainer, Nadine Bisson. By the end of this live training, you’ll be able to write a rock-solid, accurate estimate from start to finish, utilizing the “Sketch” tool. The course will also prepare you to pass Verisk’s Level 1 and 2 Xactimate Certification Exams. (Looks great on your resume!) You can choose your date anytime after purchase – there’s no deadline to decide. Multiple dates are available, with new options added on a regular basis.
5. Soft Skills: The Essential Art of Adjusting (4 Hours)
Technical skills build estimates, but soft skills close claims and keep clients happy. Learn how to communicate effectively, manage expectations, and navigate complex interactions with policyholders to resolve claims smoothly and professionally.
6. The Adjuster Success Method (4 Hours)
Don’t just get a license, set yourself up for a successful career. Veteran adjusters share best practices for getting hired, what tools you’ll need to get the job done, and explain what to expect and how to successfully close your first claims in this one-of-a-kind training course.
If you’re serious about becoming a successful insurance adjuster, look no further. Our award-winning support team of real people will be available at every step to answer questions or provide help when you need it.

This last part was not very helpful, and I had so many problems taking the practice exams. I kept getting booted out, sent to an old exam results. The people that helped were nice and helpful, however, should not have happened.

While effective in providing course necessities, your deck is not up to par with the quality of service you provide. I am happy to redo it in trade for an additional course for my spouse.

The course is well detailed in the sectons and sub-sections. i had to turn off hte audio reader because, at times was putting me to sleep (more ethusiastic). An idea, during the course there can be surprise questions about what was read in the previous chapters to keep the learner on their toes (surprise questions to keep engaging the learner to not only remember the previous sections but to correlate the past with the present learning subject). Also, more examples/videos of how insurance can be used would be better for a visual learning standpoint. Overall, the course is straight forward in teaching the trainee about insurance adjusting.

This was great in helping me organize my work flow. It we be great to have a better copy of the different checklist. Or is this something that’s usually provided by the company?
