Arkansas adjuster candidates must take an approved pre-licensing course and pass an exam before applying for their license. Our Arkansas Adjuster Pre-licensing Course satisfies both requirements. The course includes 3 attempts to pass the state exam. If you do not pass, 3 additional attempts can be purchased. Once you complete the course and pass the included exam, you can apply for your license. No additional testing is required.

We recommend you spend enough time on the course to consistently achieve a 90% or higher on all the quizzes and practice exams before taking the included adjuster exam. You must pass the exam with a 70% but if you don’t on your first try, don’t fret. We’ll let you retake it a few more times at no extra charge. Once you pass, you are ready to submit your adjuster application to the state. You do not need to take another test through a testing provider. I would suggest 2 things: 1) the ability to start back where you left off during any test/exam, and 2) more in-depth explanations for the correct answers with ability to go directly to the text in course and video to site the information.

    The homeowners/dwelling sections and crop sections aren’t organized well. Many of the words and specific phrasing used to define terms are not used exactly in examples or quize questions. It isn’t easy to understand with zero prior knowledge and could be simplified better.
