Description
This course is designed to ensure adjusters working for California insurers comply with the state’s Fair Claims Settlement Practices Regulations. These regulations, detailed in Title 10, Chapter 5, Subchapter 7.5 of the California Code of Regulations, set forth minimum standards with the goal of promoting the prompt, efficient, and equitable settlement of claims.
California mandates that all insurance adjusters complete training on Sections 2695.1 – 2695.14 on or before September 1 of each calendar year and formally attest to having read and understood the Fair Claims Settlement Practices Regulations or successfully completed training which explains these regulations. You will be provided with a statement for this attestation when you complete this course.
Note:
This course is for training and compliance purposes only; no Continuing Education (CE) credits will be awarded.
