    The AI you use to do the voice overs has a hard time with numbers and frequently incorrectly states them during the course. Also, there were specific slides where I would click an add on section and there would be two audio files speaking over one another. Overall a great course, just needs a little de-bugging.

    THE INSTRUCTOR WAS SO RELATEABLE! SO VERY GOOD! I copied his excitement and love for construction and all its parts. He made me want to learn more about construction. I loved his class and would love to have a class taught on scoping tips and building and codes. It would really help me as a brand-new Catastrophic Adjuster. Would have been nice to be able to ask him questions and get answers along the way or at the end. He really made class interesting and fun to learn.
