    The class was good. The study bank feature saved me hours of work. My only complaint is that you have to listen to the robot voice read everything. I’m a fast reader, so it drove me crazy.

    For the amount of information and topics this course provided, it seemed overwhelming at first. Thank god for their study bank and flashcards. I was still pretty weak in some areas and just decided to write down all the flash cards and quiz questions that I was having trouble with. Spent all night (living on strong coffee) studying subjects I was having problems with, which helped me retain the knowledge and concepts better.     Based on the best of my knowledge, the course covers nearly all possibles scenarios and facts that as adjusters we could find during our professional life and in our own personal life, family and friends included, but telling you the trust, it were required much more than 40 hours to cover the course completely.     I believe adjuster should be able to pick some lines not all as I would never use half of what I learned
