    Great course, I think some of the questions to check for knowledge should be rephrased as they can be confusing such as the question about hardwood floors. the question should specify if it is asking about solid or engineered. This is pertinent information to be able to correctly answer. Also, some information should be corrected. Overall a good course but could use some light tweaking

    The course covers a wide range of topics, which helped me understand the overall structure of insurance. However some sections felt repetitive. Also ,more scenario based explanations and example and questions would make the concept easier to understand .

    I really enjoyed this course. Nugget does a great of making it fun and interesting at the same time. I have work with-in a maintenance department for many years and have managed the maintenance and construction parts for that maintenance group for almost 20 years. In addition, I have done personal remodeling that has included, replacing doors, windows, roofing, freshwater pipes, electrical, drywall and wood trim in addition to a complete Kitchen and bath demolition and remodel down to and including the insulation. Being new to the adjusting industry and not yet understanding what Xactimate will do to easy the estimating process, it was a little overwhelming to think about the regional building codes that I am not familiar with and how long this estimating process can take. I did like that you talked about the consideration of creating a Standard Building Code training, but maybe adding more about what Xactimate helps with may ease some of that anxiety. Otherwise, a great launching point!

    Some of the questions don’t provide satisfactory information to answer successfully. Also, the sections that are long unbroke text rather than slides are hard to get through and retain.

    Very helpful and intuitive. All subjects were compartmentalized into easy-to-understand bits of information. There was a wealth of information.

    The course itself was great, I liked the format and think it was taught in a very professional and educational manner. Reminded me of some college courses. However, I think it took longer than the suggested 40 hours. Which is fine, this is quite a bit of information. Thank you.
