Description
Florida resident adjusters are required to complete 24 hours of continuing education (CE) before renewing their license. The 24 hours must include Florida’s 4-hour Law & Ethics Update. Fulfill your state’s requirements and save money with AdjusterPro’s Auto CE Package.
AdjusterPro’s continuing education courses are 100% online and can be completed at your own pace, wherever and whenever it’s convenient for you. The state has approved every course for CE credits and we’ll even submit the documentation to your home state for you. Texas adjusters cannot receive credit for any course more than once in any CE reporting period. Excess CE hours cannot be carried over into the next compliance cycle.
We’ve partnered with auto claims expert Chris Stanley from IA Path to offer this specialty CE Package that focuses on auto-related courses. This discounted bundle will satisfy your 24-hour renewal requirement and includes the following:
- Applied Ethics
- Florida 4-hr Law and Ethics
- Guide to Auto Hail Claims
- Guide to Auto Collision Claims
- Rules for Handling Auto Claims
- Vehicle Parts & Construction
- Appraising Auto Claims
Only customers who have purchased this product may leave a review.
Compliance
Resident adjusters are required to complete 24 hours of continuing education (CE) every two years. The 24 hours must include the state-mandated 4-hour Law and Ethics Update.
Florida Adjusters will not receive credit for any CE course taken twice in any 24-month period, regardless of their license compliance cycle. Be sure to track and plan your CE courses accordingly. Excess CE credits can be carried over into the next compliance cycle.
Once you have been licensed for 6 years, Florida will automatically reduce the number of required CE credits to 20 hours: 16 elective hours plus the 4-Hour Law and Ethics course.
No license renewal is required for Florida adjusters, provided the licensee is properly appointed when applicable. Failure to complete continuing education requirements may result in the cancellation of an appointment, which could lead to termination of the license. The license will also expire if more than 48 months lapse without an appointment. Login to MyProfile to update your appointment.
AdjusterPro offers over 200 hours of continuing education for Florida adjusters. Courses can be purchased as a bundle that will fulfill state requirements or individually.

Having estimating software makes you think a little. Software repair technology can make you lazy in the wording aspect of of things.

This course felt a little disjointed, like it was a truncated version of a longer training. Some of the quiz/exam questions were never addressed in the course. There were also a number of typos throughout (which is a personal pet peeve of mine!). Also, I felt that a few of the quiz/exam questions were worded awkwardly, particularly the question about “open items” on the appraisal report. I disagree with the correct answer b/c that’s not how it was explained (repeatedly) throughout the course. Overall, there were some really good tips in this training, and I have a better idea of what to expect if/when I get auto claims as a new IA…however, it is far from the best training I’ve ever gotten.
