The new update states that adjusters must take an approved 16-hour pre-licensing course and pass the state’s insurance adjuster exam to get their license.     Eh, it was ok.

    Educationally, it did what it needed to. The study material/functions I’d say were the best and most helpful.

    But the video material was painful, sounded like listening to a robot half the time, and the multiple different voices switching back and forth randomly were even worse. As well as there were many typos and grammatical errors on everything from the course material to the quizzes and glossaries. As well as even some of the questions on the final exam had typos or just did not make sense… and not just because it was a test.

    Might want to get that errors and omissions endorsement. lol

    All in all, decent I guess.
