The new update states that adjusters must take an approved 16-hour pre-licensing course and pass the state’s insurance adjuster exam to get their license.     The course was excellent and designed really well. The only change I would make is to the quizzes and exam. I would have liked to be able to change my answers on the quizzes and skip questions to return to later in the exam.
