    Course was great! Instructor was very knowledgeable and patient. I did feel like too much time was spent on repeating things for people that were clearly not paying attention or not even watching the class. One person actually stated that they had to leave and when they came back they actually asked if the instructor would repeat everything she missed. This occurred several times. Things like this made it very difficult to stay focused and move through the information

    I enjoy the courses and how they were sequenced. This program has been very informal to me and to all future adjuster’s with Real-life Scenarios.

    This course, however, very helpful and very informative, did not fully cover all of the material that was presented in the exam. There were a few questions was not sure about as it was not an area that was covered in this course. However, most areas were covered which assisted on me obtaining a passing score.

    Personally just listening to a voice is hard for me to focus on so having a video helps with my learning style if I’m listening to something. If there was a person or cartoon (sounds dumb I know) that is “talking” to me, it gives me some to focus on while I’m listening. Like looking at a teacher if I were in classroom. Other than that I thought the program was good.

    The instructor is nice and patient. I have never had any experience with Xactimate, on any level…so truthfully speaking, I could’ve probably benefited from a 5 day course.

    Class was awesome! I still need practice on roofs but other than the roof part I feel pretty confident using the software now. The two things I was nervous with were sketch and roofs. I still need to get a handle on roofs but the other sketch I am good and being in building all the other stuff is pretty easy. Thank you! (You are extremely patient!)
