Description
Don’t Just Pass the State Exam; Launch your Career!
Obtaining your license is just the first step to becoming a successful insurance adjuster in New Mexico. To truly hit the ground running, you need to master the software, understand construction, and know how to navigate complex policyholder interactions. Our New Mexico Total Adjuster Package was developed to bridge the gap between passing the exam and closing claims. Save almost $300 off individual pricing when you bundle your Exam Prep Course, Xactimate Training, Residential Construction Basics, Soft Skills: The Art of Insurance Adjusting, and our Adjuster Success Method.
Note: After purchase, all of these courses will be available in your personal online classroom. We highly recommend you take them in the order they are listed below. While our Xactimate course is approved for CE in certain states, you must hold a valid license before taking any course you intend to submit for continuing education credit.
1. New Mexico Adjuster: Series 18-40 Exam Prep Course (40 Hours)
Start your adjuster journey here. Before applying for your New Mexico adjuster license, you’ll need to pass the state’s licensing exam. Our New Mexico Exam Prep Course is designed to help you do just that, while also providing a strong foundational understanding of the insurance adjusting industry.
This online course includes full access to our Smart Pass Toolkit, which features smart quizzes, unlimited practice exams, and exam-readiness reporting, all tailored to help you pass with confidence. We recommend achieving 90% or higher on your practice exams before registering to take the state exam.
2. Residential Construction Basics (4 Hours)
You can’t estimate what you don’t understand. This course covers foundations, different structures and materials, exterior and interior components, and mechanical and electrical systems. We recommend taking this course before you attend your Xactimate class, as it will help you make the most of the software training.
3. Tactical Xactimate Training (3-Night Live Webinar, 12 Hours)
Learn the industry’s most popular software from Xactimate Certified Trainer, Nadine Bisson. By the end of this live training, you’ll be able to write a rock-solid, accurate estimate from start to finish, utilizing the “Sketch” tool. The course will also prepare you to pass Verisk’s Level 1 and 2 Xactimate Certification Exams. (Looks great on your resume!) You can choose your date anytime after purchase – there’s no deadline to decide. Multiple dates are available, with new options added on a regular basis.
4. Soft Skills: The Essential Art of Adjusting (4 Hours)
Technical skills build estimates, but soft skills close claims and keep clients happy. Learn how to communicate effectively, manage expectations, and navigate complex interactions with policyholders to resolve claims smoothly and professionally.
5. The Adjuster Success Method (4 Hours)
Don’t just get a license, set yourself up for a successful career. Veteran adjusters share best practices for getting hired, what tools you’ll need to get the job done, and explain what to expect and how to successfully close your first claims in this one-of-a-kind training course.
If you’re serious about becoming a successful insurance adjuster, look no further. Our award-winning support team of real people will be available at every step to answer questions or provide help when you need it.

Everything about the courses was right but, the Paerson vue test in CT is kind of tricky. I took it 3 times, first time 64, 2nd times 66, a lot of questions about workers comp. You can only by commons sense much of the time.

it would be helpful to use the same person to voice the lessons, some of the speakers are so quiet that even turning my laptop volume up all the way they were still hard to hear.

display of information is mundane and blends to easily with other subjects of the course. Easier to read a book.

I think overall this course is very in depth and covers a lot of ground. The only issue I had was the questions on the state exam were much more confusing than those of the AdjPro practice exams.

some things introduced out of order, can at least more specify when things will be explained later so I didn’t feel like I missed something, or can know “don’t think about this too much about this part yet” or something

Your program was quite helpful, especially the practice questions. Thank you!

I feel some of the videos were a put long winded and could’ve been broken up with more quizzes to better prepare for the final.
