Oklahoma adjusters are required to complete 24 hours of continuing education (CE) before renewing their license. Compliance

Resident adjusters are required to complete 24 hours of continuing education (CE) every two years. Oklahoma Adjusters will not receive credit for any CE course taken twice in any 24-month period, regardless of their license compliance cycle. Be sure to track and plan your CE courses accordingly. Up to six (6) excess CE credit hours can be carried forward to the next twenty-four month period as general CE credit hours.

The 24 hours must include:

  • 3 hours of Ethics
  • 2-hour OK Law Update
  • Effective September 1, 2023, the one-hour earthquake continuing education requirement is no longer required for property adjusters.
    • Earthquake CE courses will continue to apply toward general continuing education credit for all license types.
