In our course, created by an adjuster specifically for adjusters, you’ll learn how to estimate a claim from an Xactimate Certified Trainer and working claims adjuster. You’ll also leave prepared for the Xactimate Level 1 and Level 2 Certification exams. It’s a great addition to any resume.

UPDATED INFORMATION: In September 2024, Verisk stopped offering the free 30-day Xactimate software download. AdjusterPro’s course gives students access to our private training instance so they can work with the software during their training. Being able to operate within the platform and perform tasks along with your trainer is vital to learning how to operate the software effectively.

What you’ll learn:

Session 1: Learn your way around the Xactimate interface and get acquainted with different features like the control center, price lists, and Sketch. We’ll finish the evening by opening your first “claim” and inputting a little data.

Session 2: Jump back into Sketch and continue working on your claim. Learn how to build rooms, add complexities, diagram the roof, and more. Our expert trainer will also teach you how to load, label, and organize those all-important inspection photos.

Session 3: Take a deep dive into estimate items and details as you finish up your claim. Conclude the course with a Q&A session with your trainer, an experienced veteran adjuster, to answer any outstanding questions. Congrats! You’re ready to hit the ground running.

    Course was great! Instructor was very knowledgeable and patient. I did feel like too much time was spent on repeating things for people that were clearly not paying attention or not even watching the class. One person actually stated that they had to leave and when they came back they actually asked if the instructor would repeat everything she missed. This occurred several times. Things like this made it very difficult to stay focused and move through the information

    I found the class helpful and well-structured overall. the instructor covered key fundamentals clearly, however for me the pace felt a bit too fast at times, the content was solid but additional depth and extended hands exercises would have made it better in my opinion in additional practice time would greatly enhance the learning process.
