Description
Don’t Just Pass the State Exam; Launch your Career!
Obtaining your license is just the first step to becoming a successful insurance adjuster in Texas. To truly hit the ground running, you need to know the software, understand construction, and navigate complex policyholder interactions. Our Texas Total Adjuster Package was developed to bridge the gap between passing the exam and closing claims. Save almost $250 off individual pricing when you bundle your Texas Pre-Licensing Course + Exam, Xactimate Training, Residential Construction Basics, Soft Skills: The Art of Insurance Adjusting, and our Adjuster Success Method.
Note: After purchase, all of these courses will be available in your personal online classroom. We highly recommend you take them in the order they are listed below. While our Xactimate course is approved for CE in certain states, you must hold a valid license before taking any course you intend to submit for continuing education credit.
1. Texas All-Lines Insurance Adjuster Pre-Licensing Course + State Licensing Exam (42 Hours)
Our Texas All-Lines Adjuster Pre-licensing Course with State Exam is the fastest and simplest way to become an insurance adjuster in Texas, and you can complete it all online with AdjusterPro. Texas adjuster candidates must take an approved pre-licensing course and pass an exam before applying for their license. Our Texas All-Lines Adjuster Pre-licensing Course satisfies both requirements. Once you complete the course and pass the included exam, you can apply for your license. (The all-lines license includes workers’ comp.)
This online course includes full access to our Smart Pass Toolkit, which features smart quizzes, unlimited practice exams, and exam-readiness reporting, all tailored to help you pass with confidence. We recommend achieving 90% or higher on your practice exams before taking the state exam.
2. Residential Construction Basics (4 Hours)
You can’t estimate what you don’t understand. This course covers foundations, different structures and materials, exterior and interior components, and mechanical and electrical systems. We recommend taking this course before you attend your Xactimate class, as it will help you make the most of the software training.
3. Tactical Xactimate Training (3-Night Live Webinar, 12 Hours)
Learn the industry’s most popular software from Xactimate Certified Trainer, Nadine Bisson. By the end of this live training, you’ll be able to write a rock-solid, accurate estimate from start to finish, utilizing the “Sketch” tool. The course will also prepare you to pass Verisk’s Level 1 and 2 Xactimate Certification Exams. (Looks great on your resume!) You can choose your date anytime after purchase – there’s no deadline to decide. Multiple dates are available, with new options added on a regular basis.
4. Soft Skills: The Essential Art of Adjusting (4 Hours)
Technical skills build estimates, but soft skills close claims and keep clients happy. Learn how to communicate effectively, manage expectations, and navigate complex interactions with policyholders to resolve claims smoothly and professionally.
5. The Adjuster Success Method (4 Hours)
Don’t just get a license, set yourself up for a successful career. Veteran adjusters share best practices for getting hired, what tools you’ll need to get the job done, and explain what to expect and how to successfully close your first claims in this one-of-a-kind training course.
If you’re serious about becoming a successful insurance adjuster, look no further. Our award-winning support team of real people will be available at every step to answer questions or provide help when you need it.

The course was excellent. Only one improvement… create an outline for new adjusters to follow at our first few claims.

Even with a year and half of paid training as a non employee; this course still had a ton of extremely helpful information. This course, along with my 18 months of experience with staff, independent, and public adjusters; as well as insurance agents, General Contractors (CLASS A), engineers, and independent estimators, I feel more confident than ever.

To handle a high stress job like this where you have to assess damage, risk, observe your surroundings, and lastly deal with h/owners/general contractors call you upset due to miscommunication on their policy is HARD. This is a great lecture and guide to having a good “Moral” as well as litterally compass alongside you. Great Lesson for all adjusters; Staff, Independent, as well as Public. More Agents should check out the Roofing 101 Course too! Educate yourself in all perceptions/view points from everyone involved on a claim. I would say at least 10-12 people should be memo’d on a standard residential claim.
