We recommend you spend enough time on the course to consistently achieve a 90% or higher on all the quizzes and practice exams before taking the included adjuster exam. You must pass the exam with a 70% but if you don’t on your first try, don’t fret. We’ll let you retake it a few more times at no extra charge. Once you pass, you are ready to submit your adjuster application to the state. You do not need to take another test through a testing provider.     i would like to see faces to some of the chapters and also a verbal representation like a “chalkboard drawing” for some chapters like ho vs dp that gets tricky. A change of the voice as well
