We recommend you spend enough time on the course to consistently achieve a 90% or higher on all the quizzes and practice exams before taking the included adjuster exam. You must pass the exam with a 70% but if you don’t on your first try, don’t fret. We’ll let you retake it a few more times at no extra charge. Once you pass, you are ready to submit your adjuster application to the state. You do not need to take another test through a testing provider.     Good afternoon,

    I am rating the course 4-stars BECAUSE of the course’s content. I think the course was as straight-forward as it gets and I can appreciate that. I also REALLY like the website, and educational program/application. The course was super easy to navigate through and I also really enjoyed the study features (Study Guide and Flash Cards), this application offers.

    A word about the content itself. I found it to be a bit of a ‘snooze fest’. I don’t think it would hurt to throw in a few video clips here and there, maybe some animation of some kind to keep folks awake. The content slides was really no different than reviewing MS PowerPoint for hours on end. I say spice it up so you really maximize customer/client engagement – maybe throw in a little color on some of the slides (most slides appear to be monochrome style).

    Outside of that, I really did enjoy this course and I look forward to using your service in the future! Thanks for all your help!
