We recommend you spend enough time on the course to consistently achieve a 90% or higher on all the quizzes and practice exams before taking the included adjuster exam. You must pass the exam with a 70% but if you don’t on your first try, don’t fret. We’ll let you retake it a few more times at no extra charge.     Fantastic Job! I think you gave great examples throughout the course, and I appreciate that you switched voices throughout the modules, so it wasn’t so monotone… I really enjoyed the additional resources (fast facts, notes, etc).

    Improvements:

    The Florida specific information was so dry (painfully boring to read), I think you should have made a module (like you did with the rest of the concepts) instead of just giving us several pages to read through.
