How do I get an Oklahoma Adjuster License?
To obtain your Oklahoma adjuster license, complete the following steps:
1. Meet the basic Oklahoma License Requirements
Be at least 18 years old
Be a bona fide resident of Oklahoma
2. While Oklahoma does not require a pre-licensing course, we recommend completing AdjusterPro’s Oklahoma Adjuster Exam Prep course to ensure passing the state exam
3. Register for and pass the OK Property and Casualty Adjuster exam with PSI.
Licensing Fee: $30 for one line of authority, $50 for two or more lines of authority
License Renewal Fee: $30 for one line of authority, $50 for two or more lines of authority
What does reciprocity look like for Oklahoma?
Oklahoma grants reciprocal licenses to adjusters who are licensed in their home state, except CA, HI, NM, NV, & NY. Oklahoma will also accept a Designated Home State (DHS) license for adjusters whose home state does not license, as long as the DHS state has a continuing education requirement.
