Description
In Arizona, you must get your insurance adjuster license to work as a claims adjuster.
Students need only complete our Certified Adjuster Designation course and pass the included exam to become an Association of Certified Adjusters member. The Certified Adjuster (CA) Designation and association membership qualifies you for an exemption to the state exam in Arizona. Once complete, you can apply for your license without additional coursework or testing required.
This designation course fulfills the Arizona Department of Insurance & Financial Institutions’ prerequisites for getting your Arizona adjuster license and waiving the state exam requirement.
Once you complete the course and pass the included exam, you can get fingerprinted and submit your adjuster application to the state. You do not need to take another test through a testing provider.
Once complete, AdjusterPro will submit your completion results to SBS/NIPR so that you can apply for your Arizona adjuster license online through NIPR.

The 40-hour designation course is 100% online and self-paced, so you can study on demand via your computer or mobile device. The content in this course was curated based on the topics listed in the state exam outline to ensure you have the most current and accurate information you need to pass. You’ll get unlimited access to the learning modules and practice exams, so take as long as you need. Your course access will not expire.
We recommend you spend enough time on the course to consistently achieve a 90% or higher on all the quizzes and practice exams before taking the included adjuster exam. You must pass the exam with a 70% but if you don’t on your first try, don’t fret. We’ll let you retake it a few more times at no extra charge. Once you pass the included exam, you are ready to submit your adjuster application to the state. You do not need to take another test through a testing provider. Instructions for how to apply for your license will be provided at the end of your course.

If you are getting your Arizona license via the Certified Adjuster Designation, you will need to take 24 hours of continuing education (CE) every two years to renew your association membership. Membership in the Association of Certified Adjusters will keep your Arizona license active and in compliance.

really needs to be a better transition from the practice portion to the “real” exam… meaning the person testing should not be allowed into the final exam when the practice recording is active. this would prevent others from retaking the exam unnecessarily.

I thought the course was very complete and thorough. The only small issue I had during my studying was that in all modules where you take a quiz the option to hide feedback until after the quiz button did not work. Even if I had that selected it would still show me correct/incorrect answers immediately. Everything else was great, thank you!

For a new person entering the insurance industry this course takes well over the 40hrs for completion. This might want to be advised ahead of time! because it made the company I’m working for seem like I wasn’t completing it fast enough in their eyes. There should be more videos/animations to break up the course. I noticed in the 6th section they seemed to appear more often and made studying easier.
