NEW 2025: Georgia recently changed their insurance adjuster pre-licensing requirements. The new update states that adjusters must take an approved 16-hour pre-licensing course and pass the state’s insurance adjuster exam to get their license.     the webpage kept making me reauthenticate and when it prompted me to do so, I would have to restart the module usually. The issue was continuous as eve when it asked me to log back in I had to restart. Only other issue was the organization of using Proctorfree guide seemed all over the place.

    I appreciate y’all for putting this course together! this system has been very intuitive, easy to use, I feel the information was presented very well in most cases (I did not like the timed pages that we scroll and read as opposed to the PowerPoint style with audio- for me the latter is more engaging and activating)
    Also, I just feel like a lot of work and consideration went into compiling this course, and don’t want that to be overlooked. I’m excited to continue becoming an adjuster. Thank you!

    Very thorough and informative. I feel ready for the next steps. I liked how there were several different voices for the audio so that I didn’t end up tuning the information out. Good balance between audio and reading material.
