NEW 2025: Georgia recently changed their insurance adjuster pre-licensing requirements. The new update states that adjusters must take an approved 16-hour pre-licensing course and pass the state’s insurance adjuster exam to get their license.     Several times the course timed out during a module and I had to retake a portion that I had already partially completed. Also, There is a wrong answer on a quiz question that starts “Andrew’s Friend Mario asked for a ride from Detroit”.

    one thing that was a little bit frustrating was the course would sign me out in the middle of a lesson and make me restart the lesson when i signed back in.
