In our new “Credits by the Hour” CE package, you can choose how many continuing education hours you need and handpick the specific courses that fit your schedule and interests — all at a discounted rate. We know no one loves CE, but we’ve made it as simple, quick, and flexible as possible.
Simply choose the number of hours you need. They will be charged at $5 per hour, up to 24 hours, at which point you will get a bulk discount so that 24-hour packages are only $49 + the filing fees charged by your state.
We offer a variety of engaging course options that are easy to follow, clear, and designed to get you through the process efficiently. Whether you need a few hours or the whole enchilada, this allows you to meet your CE goals without overpaying or sitting through courses that don’t interest you.

Our California Earthquake Adjuster Training Standards course covers all of the topics required by the California Department of Insurance to adjust earthquake claims. It also includes the 40-question final exam, which you must pass to become certified.
California resident adjusters must take this type of training every three years in order to work earthquake-related claims.

Resident adjusters are required to complete 24 hours of continuing education (CE) every two years. The 24 hours must include at least 3 hours of Ethics. California adjusters cannot receive credit for any CE course more than once in any reporting period. Excess credits can be rolled over into the next reporting period.

Need to know how many hours of CE you’ve accumulated or have left? Or perhaps you want to check on the last time you took “Course XYZ” to ensure you can take it again during this compliance cycle. Checking your transcripts is relatively easy these days. (Thankfully!) Your hours are submitted to your state’s preferred database where you can check them anytime. Just remember you’ll need to create an account and load your license details first.

California does not grant reciprocal licenses. To become a licensed adjuster in California, you must pass the state exam.
